BETSIE + ADAM

F U L L F I L M

Betsie and Adam contacted me less than 2 months before they planned on getting married on their 10 year anniversary. The whole planning process was a spontaneous whirlwind and the wedding day was shrouded in nostalgia and sentiment. Every detail was infused with meaning and memory. They opted to get married in a place they love, The Lake District at Low Hall, surrounded by only a small handful of their very nearest and dearest. Betsie wore her mums old wedding veil and wedding shoes, and the ribbon around her bouquet had her grandparents handwriting on it. Adam handmade the wooden table places from driftwood collected from the exact spot they got engaged. They wrote their own personalised vows which were so special and there wasn’t a dry eye in the room. It was one of those days that was so authentic, intimate and beautiful. Before dinner we whisked them away into the fells to have a run around and do their couples portraits surrounded by the landscape and views they love the most.

“Jaye, we have no words. You are incredible and so talented. There are not enough thank you’s in the world! We are so grateful. That was just brilliant. Already so many snippets of the day I’d have never seen and they were all captured so perfectly. You have had us in tears and we are in awe of your work. Thank you SO much. Never change, you are amazing and we will forever be grateful. Thank you - that will never be enough.”
